Wedding Breakfast To Suit All Dietary Requirements – Hog Roast Rishton

Once the bride and groom have said ‘I do’ on their big day and had their forever photos taken they just want to relax. It is time to enjoy the reception and chat to their family and friends before enjoying the delights of a hassle-free catering service that supplies amazing food and has friendly staff to serve it. The past few months would have been stressful enough for them without having to worry about the catering, after all.

Hog Roast RishtonHere at Hog Roast Rishton we make sure that the reception runs smoothly for the happy couple whether they want a sit-down meal for 200 people or a relaxed family affair for 20 people. We are happy to help, and we make sure that the event runs smoothly.  Our chefs and catering assistants have many years’ experience in making sure that the catering is just perfect.

Menu choices were a concern to Tara and Phil when they got married last month.  Julie, the chief bridesmaid had just turned vegetarian and Phil’s mother Maggie is wheat intolerant. The happy couple wanted to make sure that the day was as inclusive as possible by catering to everyone’s dietary requirements.

Hog Roast Rishton were more than happy to take up the challenge.  They arrived at the venue early so that they had lots of time to slow roast the meat and make sure it was crisped to perfection for the wedding breakfast.

When the guests arrived catering assistants were on hand to circulate with the canapes.  These included handmade gourmet sausages, wild mushroom bouchées and wheat free pizzas.

This kept everyone happy until the main course arrived.  This consisted of a succulent spit roast pig as well a vegetarian option of stuffed peppers.  There were baby new potatoes and several fresh salad dishes on offer too.  The guests obviously enjoyed them as there was not much left when the time came for us to collect their plates.

As the DJ started to set up for the evening entertainment Hog Roast Rishton quickly and quietly cleared up and left the newlyweds and their guests to dance the night away.
