With the sun out and the heat ramping up wedding season is officially all go. For us a caterer that means many lavish events to look forward to over the next few months, but there is always room to fit in some more at Spitting Pig, which is why we are going to be very busy this weekend attending 4 different wedding fairs with partner venues all around the country. This is your chance if you are near Bolton, Ashbourne, Hertfordshire, or Rushden to come and meet your local Spitting Pig, have a little chat about events and possibly your wedding, try some of our hog roast tasters, and even book in for a future date with us too! There are not many ways to spend a weekend than that!
At Spitting Pig we love having opportunities like this, especially when a couple can line up all at once like this weekend. These wedding fairs with our partner venues are exciting to be invited to because it shows that others in our industry value our work and means our name has a strength to it to become an attraction to others. It’s also just great because it allows us to meet so many of you, whether you are previous customers with us or have never had a Spitting Pig menu at an event – we can’t wait to have a chat and show off our skills!
Guests from all over attend these fairs, and there are often a lot of other competing vendors there too, so we at Spitting Pig have to pull out all the stops to show off our best selves and stand out from the crowd. Thankfully, we have a secret weapon to our name that is just the thing needed for such a scenario, and that is of course our hog roast! When we can have a whole hog roast cooking at our booth as part of our showcase then guests are always likely to notice us, and they’ll love us even more when they find out that they can try a fresh slice from it there and then too!
