In one of our previous blogs we gave an update for Spitting Pig customers that there were several opportunities to come and meet our teams coming up as we were fortunate to have a total of four wedding festivals to attend simultaneously in the last weekend. Spitting Pig teams from Bolton, Ashbourne, Hertfordshire, and Rushden each headed out to their respective wedding fairs hosted by a couple of our partner wedding venue locations and businesses, and each had an incredible time meeting so many folk from all around and talking about great dining and even better weddings.
With wedding season a go now these types of fairs are even more commonplace at the moment, and it just so happened that we were lucky enough to have teams out at four all at once. A busy weekend for all involved of course, but an excellent opportunity for Spitting Pig and an excellent barometer of where we are at as a national caterer. Now with a couple of decades of work behind us and franchises in every corner of the nation this type of scenario is an excellent indication that Spitting Pig has managed to create a name for itself as a valued caterer in many areas of the country. These things don’t come along as sheer coincidence, it is all down to the excellent hard work of every one of our Spitting Pig teams that we cannot thank enough for pushing our brand on.
As for the festivals themselves: each was an incredible day out for our Spitting Pig teams, These fairs are always a great opportunity to meet and chat to customers both old and new and give them a small taste of what a Spitting Pig menu and catered service can be for their events. We bring our roasts with us to these events so that guests can sample our foods and then ask our expert team as many questions as they need answered. Where possible we set bookings and future dates with guests we speak to as well for future consultations to further explore their upcoming events. With the many names we took down at each fair it was certainly a very successful weekend for Spitting Pig by all accounts!
