Our catering team is a concoction of individuals who are as vibrant as they are creative. Priding themselves on taking away the stress of organising your event, our customers can rest assured that every detail of their culinary plan will be scrutinised positively, with details such as timings and vegetarian options, along with positioning and service options being sorted out both professionally and in a friendly manner. At the core of our practice and ethos lies our commitment to freshness. To those not ‘in the know,’ so to speak, many people would be shocked to learn to what extent many catering outfits and firms prepare food earlier and then heat up and serve at the event at a later time. Making use of our hog roast and spit roast units, our catered events centered around then, as they do now, the concept of fresh raw food being cooked on site, there and then. With this as our continual and eternal backdrop, our catering service has become, in the words of one of our delighted customers, ‘a jewel in the nations culinary crown’.
The meats which we use are sourced from some of the most highly reputable rearers of produce in the land. Believing that the better the standard of ingredient, the better the taste and quality of the food, the food we create is a passion of ours. Couple this with the fact that the quality of ingredient is accentuated when roasted in our traditional method, and it’s easy to see why our customers keep coming back. With corn fed chickens, scrumptious pigs and the finest spring lambs, to name but a few of our meat products available for consumption by our customers, the choice and quality is not just a guarantee that we offer, its an obsession of ours.
