Today we have just had the titan machine retested by the CE marking company. In doing this we can make sure that the current titan machine complies with up to date checks and regulations needed to sell our titan machines.
This is a very important process we have to go through here at spitting pig to put our hog roasts machines in front of our competition when selling the machines. The factory gets inspected every 12 month to check that we are doing everything excepted within the CE guidelines.With having the machine CE marked our customers will have the piece of mind when using our titan hog roast machines that has been through a very thorough testing to make sure the user and there customers are safe while using there equipment, this also gives the titan hog roast machines more of an appeal due to the fact that they have given this highly inspected test before been shipped out.
All our titan hog roast machines also come with a 12 months gas safety check once they have been gassed up by our gas engineers you will receive a 12 months safety certificate with every machine, with doing this all our titan hog roast machines have their own unique serial number which match up to your certificate. The serial numbers are kept as a record for the gas engineers to see when the titan hog roasts machines were manufactured.
Every year we arrange a service run for our gas engineers to go round the whole of country servicing our machines. This is usually around the start of a new year before the mad rush of catering events begin again for another busy year ahead, so its always a good idea to get your hog roasts machines checked over and any parts that’s needed replacing so that you can be given another 12 months safety check on your hog roasts machines.
We Also provide service kits if you have your own local gas engineers but we recommend having your hog roast machines serviced by our gas engineers. We also have special rates for the servicing when your machines gets booked in on a service run because the gas engineers will be out in your area on a service run. Servicing can be done at any time of the year by either calling out our gas engineers or you can come up to our factory in Clitheroe.
