One of the best parts of being an event caterer is that you are meeting new people just about every day. It is great privilege of our job here at Spitting Pig South Yorkshire that we get to be a major part of some of the most important and memorable moments of our peoples lives, so of course you will find that many of us here at people persons. We love getting to do the meeting and greeting part of the jobs just as much as the cooking and serving. Sometimes, we just so happen to get days where we get to do only the former!
Events such as wedding fairs are excellent opportunities for our Spitting Pig South Yorkshire team, Chris & Kayleigh to get out and about and just spend time meeting and chatting to folk about food and events. These are events held by some of our wonderful partners in the wedding industry, be it venues we regularly work with or planners that know to come to Spitting Pig South Yorkshire to recommend quality catering to their clients. Partners such as the fine folks at The UK Wedding Event who regularly hold massive fairs here in Yorkshire for people to come and find the best of the best in the local wedding industry.
Our team were lucky enough to be a part of the wonderfully run UK Wedding Event out at York Racecourse just this past week where we had a great time meeting many wonderful clients, some that have been with us before, and some that we have yet to be lucky enough to serve quite yet! A lot of couples to be came excitedly to our booth to learn all about the quality catering that Spitting Pig South Yorkshire could provide for their wedding. They even got to see and try the odd sample too, just to really see (and taste!) what Spitting Pig South Yorkshire is really all about!
The event could not have gone better, and with our events list now near doubled in size, we can’t wait to get around to some of the incredible events that we talked about this year or next!
