Everyone loves a classic hog roast. You’ll enjoy the very best of British meat, with roast potatoes, gravy and of course a hint of apple sauce. You can choose from two serving options: help yourself buffet is ideal for those more laid-back family occasions (especially if you don’t want to cook!) and simply allow an expert chef to do all of the hard work. We can set up in any space provided to us, thanks to our portable, state-of-the-art equipment. For more formal occasions such as weddings or business events, a sit-down meal may be more suitable. Your meals will be served to you by our waiting staff, and you even have the option to offer your guests a selection of canapes and a welcome drink upon arrival.
Here at Hog Roast Sleaford, we pride ourselves on punctuality and professional, so we will turn up on the day of the event approximately 6 hours early to get the meat roasting on the spit. This will achieve the glorious crispy outer and juicy inner which gives the meat its delightful flavouring and texture.
The hog roast is certainly our most popular dish, but we never wish to make anyone feel excluded, which is why we serve dishes to suit all dietary requirements. Just let us know if any of your guests require vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free dishes and your assigned chef will chat through the options with you.
