At the beginning of June you might have remembered a post here about the Hog Roast Coleshill team meeting the Balfour Beatty team in charge of the work on the HS2 line. On that June day our head chef Dave had treated the team of 250 to a brilliant barbecue lunch. It had been a feast fit for a team that was working tirelessly day in day out to get the line up and running. In that post we had wished the Balfour Beatty team well for the rest of the project and urged them to have us back anytime, as they were such a joy to cater for the first time round.
Well clearly the Balfour Beatty team agreed with our assessment and enjoyed the event just as much, because this week they had us out in Coleshill once more to cater our gourmet barbecue range once again! When you have a good thing once, you simply cannot get enough of it, we always say at Hog Roast Coleshill.
Coming back to a repeat corporate customer is always a joy, especially when done so close to the last visit. Faces stay familiar, relationships begin to be properly solidified, and the recency also comes as a testament to the quality of our own team’s work that they could be asked out to cater again so soon. Our thanks to Balfour Beatty for affording us this privilege once again.
This time the stakes were upped even more. From 250 guests to cater for to a whopping 400 joining the Hog Roast Coleshill team for a sunny lunch this time. Our mobile roasting machines and combination grills were going to be working overtime to match the demand, but that’s not a problem with equipment this good. We also got to utilise the combination part of our machines, too, as our hog roast joined the menu this time around to add a delicious pulled pork option alongside gourmet beef burgers, Thai chicken kebabs, veggie burgers, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers. Rounding out the menu, cooling Greek salad for that summer heat, gourmet coleslaw, and fresh chips.
