Hog roasting is not a modern form of catering – it’s been around for thousands of years to feed large groups of people and our style is no different, apart from the fact that we allow you to take control. If pork isn’t quite to your taste, you can choose from the likes of beef, chicken, lamb, fish or duck instead. It can either be served as a buffet spread, served on bread rolls or even as a three-course sit down meal for more formal occasions such as weddings and corporate events.
