As you can imagine, we often work outdoors. We set up under a gazebo, so, if it rains it doesn’t put out the flames. However, Hog Roast South Shields also offer our services to indoor events and events of any style. Adding Sizzle To The Seaside
Our speciality is to slowly-roast a pig over the spit so that it locks in all its juicy flavour. We then serve this with the crispy crackling, our homemade applesauce and hearty sage and onion stuffing. However, we know tastes vary, so our menu reflects this. Not only do we offer a variety of meats and BBQ options, but we can also rustle up vegetarian alternatives so that every single one of your guests gets to enjoy a delicious meal.
