For over 13 years now, Guildford Harley-Davidson has offered the UK’s largest selection of approved used and new Harley-Davidson motorcycles to avid bikers from their local Peasmarsh showroom in Surrey, which is among the biggest HD stores in the entire country. What’s more, they are considered home to the local Hogsback Chapter, who are all about having fun, developing friendships and making great memories with fellow roadies – which made them all the more excited to help out at the Guildford Harley-Davidson birthday bash that took place on the 19th of March!
Planning the event, mostly, fell on the shoulders of Betty, who, in preparing to impress the 700 guests, had approached our Hog Roast Woking team in search of the perfect menu. Of course, it didn’t take long for her to find exactly what she had been looking for in our Classic Hog Roast Menu, which is always perfect for large-scale, lively events, such as this one, where guests are expected to be moving around a lot. Betty was also really pleased with how informative and efficient our catering manager, Ben, had been and with how quickly he tied up the booking, which had put her mind at ease before the party rolled around.
When the time came to kick start the celebrations, Hog Roast Woking’s caterers made the quick journey to the premises where they poured several hours into cooking a beautiful feast of slow-roasted pork rolls with crackling, stuffing and applesauce, as well as grilled vegetable kebabs with optional halloumi cheese chunks, flatbreads and tzatziki dip. For the guests’ convenience, they had also made sure to serve everything using disposable crockery and cutlery.
We’re ecstatic to announce that all 700 people who descended on the venue to celebrate the highly-anticipated birthday of Guildford Harley-Davidson were able to find something to their taste among Hog Roast Woking’s selection of tasty dishes! And with gorgeous weather, live music blaring out from Brave Revival, plenty of booze to indulge in courtesy of the Crafty Brewing Co. and lots more entertainment, there was plenty to keep everyone in high spirits all afternoon.
