Almost a week has passed since our party and I just had to e mail you a big ’thank you’ for providing a ‘Superb Pig Roast’ Meal for the event.
Everyone who came to the party was really full of praise for the food that you provided catering for our party. Your presentation and attention to detail for the
Appetiser Platters which greeted the guests when they sat down was remarked on by many of our friends,
The centrepiece Spitting Pig was greatly admired and quickly devoured, although there was plenty left for us all to have a cold pork supper later in the day! You and your small band of helpers really looked after us and the clearing up was so efficient you would not have known there had bee a lunch party by the evening.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Spitting Pig to anyone who was contemplating an event and wanted a really special Pig Roast – more of a banquet really.
