July in review…

With the Olympics now in London, our British athletes are not the only ones going for gold this summer. Here at the Spitting Pig machines department we have had a record number of sales for the month of July with phone calls coming in nonstop for spare parts and , of course, for our quality range of machinery. And there is only one reason for record sales we have been experiencing, quality.

We only want the highest quality in our machines whether it’s from a rubber star or to the pig that is being cooked, quality runs across the board. We don’t like to cut corners in the production of our machines as we would rather keep the customer happy and a charge a little more for quality, than not keep customers satisfied and sell poorly built machines.

Another huge achievement in July was the addition of the online shop which is another great way for you to buy your parts online. The shop took a lot of hours over mouse and key board to create but the need product is well worth it. It’s efficient, dynamic and revolutionises the way the Spitting Pig machines department will be run. I could not urge you enough to have a look at our shop online and see some of the great products we have to offer.

Another big hit in July was machine hires… We thought it was slowing down until the last week of July when we were struggling build enough machines to hire! Out hires board in the office is the fullest it has ever been and that’s not all, people are enjoying the hires of the machines so much, that they are purchasing them at the end of the hire period; which is fair enough when you consider how well our machines cook pork, chicken, beef or BBQ…

July has come to a close and we are into the latter stages of summer, we expect a mad rush of people hiring machines for the few days of sun we have remaining, until the autumn months arrive! So I cannot urge you enough to take advantage of the hog roasting season while you still can, because there are few things better than sitting in the sun, with cold, crisp beer in one hand, and a succulent pork sandwich in the other and just thinking what a great investment a hog roast machine was.
