Wednesday Already, otherwise known as the gateway to the weekend, but before we can start thinking about our plans for Saturday and Sunday we have many tasks to deal with in the busy spitting pig office.
The enquiries are continuing to come in both through email and over the telephone. The inbox is full off catering requests and the phone is ringing non stop with potential customers wanting to discuss their future events. This is great for us as we love to keep busy and its so rewarding to see all our hard work paying off.
September looks set to be a hectic month with many of the Saturdays almost completely booked up. The late summer wedding is very popular this year and We have confirmed many September weddings in the last couple of weeks. This has given us an excellent opportunity to update our wedding menus and packages and we now feel we have a range of menus suitable for all budgets. From informal quality buffets to luxurious sit down meals with all the trimmings. Of course the food for your wedding day is so important which is why we are happy to discuss the menu at length and we can create the exact feast that you require on your wedding day. I went to a wedding myself this weekend, a friend of mine got married in a lovely country hotel it was a beautiful service and we had a great time celebrating through the night however to meet the bride and grooms culinary choice only Vegan food was served for both the sit down meal and evening buffet. Although it was an interesting change I am a true meat lover, myself and many of the other guests agreed that a hog Roast would have been a much tastier option!
