Hello I’m back after a day off, we’ve had a busy couple of weeks and it accumulated in our bi annual general meeting on Monday. It was great to all the staff together from all over the UK and we really got to tackle some issues and come up with some fantastic ideas that are hopefully going to make our award winning service even better. We were treated to a beautiful meal on Sunday night courtesy of the Mecure Hotel Blackburn, we then spent the morning on Monday discussing issues such as menu options, customer service and compiling all our health and safety documents to ensure everything is up to date. After a light lunch we took all the staff to the site of our brand new offices, here we sat down some more and discussed how everything works in the office. Finally we went to the factory and showed everyone all the exciting new products we are developing which are hopefully going to revolutionised the hog roasting industry. We are really exciting about 2012 and it great to know that all our staff are behind us.

Another weekend of catering ahead and we have some truly amazing jobs to look forward to. We have been very busy this week, earlier in the week we were looking into new menu ideas and I’m pleased to say that we have had some fantastic feedback from the general public and our chefs and the new and exciting dishes and options we have created. I don’t want to say anything to sound put I can confirm that we will be increasing both the starters and dessert options in the coming months, just in time for the wedding season. It been a fantastic week in the office we seem to be breaking record every week here at the moment and we are certain that 2012 is going to be the biggest year yet for us as a company. A lot of customer are asking if we are still available the Jubilee weekend in June of course are, we the UK biggest hog roast company and we never turn any event down no matter how big or small.

On the machine side of things the factory has been completely reorganised giving us a little more room. You can see in the picture that machines are fully prepared and in stock. This is part of the Spitting Pig promise, that our entire range is available for next day delivery.

This weekend we have a number of jobs on, we are working for a large supermarket chain down in Folkestone in Kent, we have a small private party in Norwich and another event in Liverpool. We also have a large amount of hires on this that have already been dropped off. Our company’s annual meeting is this Monday in Blackburn so I’m sorry but I won’t be doing my weekend round up on Monday morning, this instead will be moved to Tuesday. I also be in touch letting you know the results of our meeting.

Have a great weekend
