Lots and lots of enquiries poured into the inbox yesterday and I spent most of the day catching up and replying to them. After replying to all those emails I’ve had 7 new bookings come in between now and the end of September. That’s 2 BBQ’s, 3 standard Hog Roast Menus and another 2 three course meals. I think I’ve said before, ‘there’s nothing like a little bit of warm weather to get people thinking about Outdoor cooking!’ I’ll get their schedules over to them now and then it’s off to a taster session with one of our executive chefs. Although it is difficult to sample a hog roast, many new customers like to sample our canapés, starters and desserts. This way they can choose which dishes are best for their big day.
