Good morning everybody, the working week seems to have flown by and I cant believe it is Thursday already, or as I like to call it Friday eve! Hope you all have exciting plans for the weekend fingers crossed we get some nice weather. I have a weekend full of catering events its very busy times at the moment for the Spitting Pig team. The busy weekend begins this evening for me as I am catering a business award ceremony a few miles from the Spitting Pig office. Tonight I am catering another amazing hog roast menu but a slightly more formal style. The client has requested private party menu four which is a tasty hog roast meal with all the trimmings but served as a sit down dinner. We will also be providing fine silverware and china for the dinners to enjoy their hog roast feast. My team of waiting on staff will also be doing their usual first class service.
