Croydon Hog Roast For Justin And Barbara

If you’re planning a winter wedding in Croydon, and you’re considering a Croydon hog roast dinner at your reception or even a roast breakfast beforehand, we have a special something to tickle your taste buds. Our Christmas menu is also suitable for a bride and groom’s special day, so you could be feasting on our festive menu of roast turkey with cranberry sauce and all the trimmings, as well as seasonal vegetables and potatoes, while sipping on our deliciously warm mulled wine and adding our homemade mince pies to the dessert list. You can even choose a different type of meat if you prefer, as we know many of our customers choose us for our scrumptious hog roasts or even favour beef, chicken or lamb on their big day.

FullSizeRenderWe also have a winter warmer menu, which we offer from the autumn months onwards, and that’s just what Justin and Barbara asked us to provide for their Croydon hog roast evening wedding reception meal recently. The winter warmer includes your choice of meat roasted fresh at your venue on the day and your choice of vegetables and potatoes. The couple decided on a spectacular hog roast, accompanied by cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, and roasted new potatoes, and all topped with our fantastic homemade onion gravy. This would be served buffet-style for the main meal, once the guests had enjoyed their sit-down starter of yummy tiger prawns on mange-tout skewers, which are served with our lovely lemon mayonnaise.

As there were two vegetarians invited, we showed the couple an extensive list of suitable options, and they chose a starter of stuffed sweet peppers and a warm Mediterranean quiche and salad for the main course. Our chefs are great at whipping up options for various dietary requirements, so please feel free to ask us about this when you book your event or party with us, as we can easily adapt to your needs.

Catering Justin and Barbara’s wedding reception meal was a breeze and a pleasure, as all the guests were more than happy with the food, which we always love to hear. Even the vegetarians said they would book us (a hog roast company no less!) for future events, and who could ask for more than that?
