Due to our early commitment to the hog roasting trade back nearly twenty years ago, we quickly became aware that our ambitions within the hog roasting trade were not being matched by the quality of the hog and spit roasting machines that were available to us. With today’s machines having reached a pinnacle of design and function, we are very pleased to be able to offer them as a hire option. Far from the days when the only machines out there were absolute liabilities, the machines we have dedicated over 15 years to have now become the standard bearers as regards function and usability, along with having sensational aesthetic lines and a transparent, glass viewing panels. The machines have benefited from our in house design and testing, which has helped with instances of major structural reform, such as our decision to adopt a new laser cutting technique with our stainless steel panels for strength and style, to the smaller instances that still make all the difference. Small changes that can only be gathered ‘in the field’ within our catering aspect of our business, such as narrowing our whole machine structure to pass more easily between garden gates, make the usability of these machines exceptional.
