Our Southern Slow Roast Menu was a perfect choice for Carweb of West Malling in Kent to celebrate the opening of their new office premises. They had invited many v.i.p.s and wanted to really make a big effort with all their arrangements with the hog roast catering taking centre stage. With meats hand selected by our head chef and prepared in our secret seasonings for maximum flavour and tenderness, accompanied by freshly prepared sides such as our renowned Buffalo tomato and mozzarella along with green leaf salad, coleslaw and our vegetarian haloumi skewers.
The smell of the hog roast West Malling slowly cooking throughout the day proved irresistible to the staff and they were regular visitors to our prep area to see how things where progressing. With the weather on our side and the aroma of the delicious food circulating there was a constant flow of curious on lookers eager to see what was on the menu for lunch. To the relief of the staff serve time was finally here, within minutes of serving the dining room was silent with staff and visitors enjoying their food. We completed the day with many compliments being received for the chef and everyone wanting seconds and thirds, We tidied away the serving area leaving all leftovers for staff to continue enjoying throughout the day and discretely taking any rubbish with us.
