Usually at this time of year (Autumn and Winter) the catering and machine side of things seem to die down a little as the weather takes a turn for the worst at this time of year. However the first two weeks of October have been extremely hectic with the machine sales and even hiring a machine seems to becoming more and more popular with our clients this month. It seems to me that everyone is wanting to try out our fantastic range of machinery which we believe is quite possibly the best on the market so why not give the D.I.Y a shot??.

Hog roast and hog roasting are becoming more and more common at events from birthdays and christenings to weddings which means for a quiet month like October we are on a steady pace with many days becoming fully booked as we head into 2012 .

November the 5th also known as bonfire night and the 31st of October which of course is known as Halloween are two of the most popular dates booked this year with many people calling up the office with enquiries. Clients are wanting something simple, quick and easy what could be better than a delicious melt in your mouth hog roast???.

Our chef will cook the meat of your choice whether it is hog, chicken, turkey, beef or even lamb, the guests help themselves and we will even tidy and clear our mess away after we have finished so we leave no mess for you, which of course means you can enjoy the event too with no worries about the food what so ever as we will take care of all that for you.

What many people are finding interesting is the fact that we can also cook turkey on our Hog Roasting machines yes that's right!! which means we have had a huge amount of telephone calls and also emails this month asking if we are able to caterer for companies and their Christmas parties, which of course we are happy to help with.
Christmas parties are not the only thing that people have been going crazy about and booking early, we have had people booking new years eve celebration parties to avoid disappointment closer to the date we believe it is better to book early to avoid being disappointed nearer to the date of your choice if we are fully booked there is still time yet to book !!!. If, however you do leave your date a little to late our machine hire is a great way to get an outstanding result with the meat of your choice at your event.
